These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Waymood and to every distance contract concluded between Waymood and the consumer (client).

Assignment acceptance

Orders are only accepted and processed in accordance with the general terms and conditions. The consumer (client) accepts these general terms and conditions during the ordering process.

Right of withdrawal

The consumer does not have a right of withdrawal. Waymood products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, because these are customized products of a personal nature.

VAT

Waymood products are subject to the VAT rate of 21%.

Delivery time

All orders will be sent by Waymood within 20 working days of ordering (unless stated otherwise). Delays in the delivery time cannot give rise to compensation or cancellation of the order.

We also produce outside office and customer service hours, when placing the order, an agreement has been given for the production of the objects, more adjustments cannot always be made to your order.

Payment

We use Mollie B.V. for the processing of transactions and in this context, the personal data of the consumer is shared with Mollie. Once your payment has been verified by Mollie, we will be informed that the order has been paid. The purchase amount is immediately debited and charged.

Complaints and liability

Waymood does its utmost to manufacture objects in accordance with the consumer's wishes. Complaints, insofar as it concerns a real complaint, must be made known no later than two weeks after delivery of the order issued by the consumer (client). If the complaint is declared well-founded, the only claim can be made to carry out the assignment again.

Waymood's liability is limited to culpable manufacturing defects. All prices and promotions are subject to typing errors.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

The consumer (client) is responsible for the content of the texts provided to Waymood. Waymood does not accept any liability for the content of the texts provided by the consumer (client).

Waymood points out that it is not allowed to reproduce copyrighted works (other than for private purposes), or to edit them.
